Hi guys,

Half a tooth is not a problem at all. You can compensate this static error using so called "Octane correction" parameter. See 2:Angle tab in the SECU-3 Manager.

Hi.
Thank you. I read about "octane correction"parameter on russian area.
Maybe there was a tip like yours for the same setting problem but I didn't understand.
If I didn't know your piece of advice I would have added more advance while mapping to compensate the retard.
Bye.

I suggest you after some initial "playing" upgrade to the latest test release 4.7.

Thanx.
now I have upgraded to 4.7
reset eeprom, flashed latest firmware.

Question 1
If I use carb end switch , it makes connection brake when pedal is pressed and Throttle is Wide Open?
is tps better to use? I got 6 tps sensors but only one works from 0.25v -4.99v, one works 4.3v- 4.99v rest dose not react in raw view but works with tester.
and when end switch is open I get CE error
Question 2
I also get CE error ADD_IO1
voltage raises to 1,1v and error comes up
nothing is connected . only power

Behaviour depends on type of your carburetor. Anyway, you can invert CARB input using special check in settings.
is tps better to use?
It is better to use for injection control. For ignition only it doesn't add significant benefits.

You should properly configure your unit for TPS, pull up resistor in the CARB input should be disconnected.
I also get CE error ADD_IO1
voltage raises to 1,1v and error comes up
nothing is connected . only power
See Firmware data --> CE settings button. It allows you to configure errors' thresholds as you required.

Thanx,
So the switch should brake circuit when its idle. And by pressing pedal its connected?
I have 2 Stromber cd2 carbs
Or it should be special position?
And if I use end switch I leave resistor.

When using throttle limit switch. If it configured properly, then if you press accelerator pedal, CARB indicator in the SECU-3 Manager should light up and vice versa.

Hello.
Check if you have got a TPS like that:
TPS.JPG
I don't know what the limit switch or carb end switch is for, I used to think that it was used for cut off valve only,I know that I'm wrong because there is one on Secu3 micro.
I think that "idle contact" can be used as a limit switch without any pull up resistor.
Bye.

Hello.
That's all what I Found on TAPs, they always use the same example.
1 TAP.png
2 TAP.jpg
3 TAP.JPG
Vendors say the same thing.
Now TAPs are programmable if you want to do it or you can use the switches.
No TAP makers show their own curves on manuals.
Finally I also found an example with 3°,6° and 15°.
TAP.JPG
I was wrong about CNG, it isn't all the same. It's the same if it's national or imported from the same nation.
Foreign CNGs are diffrent each to other.
I have a question about manifold vacuum.
Vacuum gauge.jpg
When we decelerate vacuum increases.
What about the right timing advance?
Can we use the vacuum values instead of the limit switch?
Thank you.
Bye.
