Hello everyone,
We are having trouble synchronizing our advance angle timing with our engine. When the manager shows us an advance angle of 15°, we usually get about a 43° reading on the stroboscope. When using the check-out box on the manager to turn advance angle to 0°in all conditions, we get 10° advance angle. Could this be due to our crankshaft or camshaft signal or is there an option in the manager that we are missing?
Thanks for your help in advance.

Please post here a screen shot of your CKPS parameters tab.
Also, tell us how many tooth before TDC your sensor is set mechanically (should be equal to the "Num of teeth before TDC" parameter).

Re: Failing to synchronize advance angle with stroboscope la
Thank you for your response. We have an 36-2 set-up as crankshaft trigger wheel with 22 teeth before TDC. We were getting a better reading when changing it to 23 teeth before TDC. As this is for a school assignment, we had to change to a similar engine on a different mount where the reading was ok after all on 22 teeth before TDC. So the problem is gone.
But thanks again for your response!
