Hello.
I have a question about VE and AFR.
If I fit the ecu on a car with carb can I use a lambda probe to get VE or to check if AFR is stoich?
I rember of Lada Axtec but it's something I can't understand.
In that case how did you get the VE?
Thank you.
Bye.

Hello.
Thank you.
There are different lambda probes, I dont' remember how many and when it takes a controller.
What is the right probe?
I don't expect to much in conjunction with a carb, I know rich mixtures kill the probe.
Bye.

SECU supports wide band and narrow band oxygen sensors. SECU has no embedded controller for wide band oxygen sensors, but accepts analog output for full AFR range and controls mixture in full range (e.g. 8...22).
You can use any type of sensor from any manufacturer, e.g. Bosch 0 258 005 133
Last releases of firmware support heater's control using PWM, this extends lifetime of sensor.

Hello.
How to build the right wiring harness?
What sort of wires?
I think that it must not be too long.
What about a car with the rear engine and battery at the front?
What is the right place for the ecu?

I don't think there are many people interesting in fitting a programmable ignition in cars like those.
I already saw that old picture.

Once upon a time I wanted to drive in races like that, just a dream.
If you want you can look for that old movie.

If you are using a carb then you can only use a wide band lambda probe, the narrow band will get contaminated from out of range rich mixtures and also will not cover the wider mixture range a carb will give over injection.

Hello.
I decided to save some ignition curves for me.
I'm interesting in SOHC Fiat engines. I'm still looking for ignition curves from N/A engines.

That's a Microplex MED 603B from Uno turbo, you can read the code on it and the engine specifications.
I found other files where the codes are missing, only one is in the file title and the car model in the second file.

I also found the 604C, I don't know if the previous one is a C or a B.
