Current firmware doesn't support odd-fire engines. Support of V-twins will be in the future.

This is a long term project, one of many and too little time ;) , so as long as it's still in your plans that is enough for me, once I have all the info on this current engine I will post the details on the English portion of the forum so as not to clutter the Russian side. It has its own sensors on the cam and the crank as in its proper home it ran with ECU and EFI, but I am putting it in a new home ;)
