Audi-80 coupe, 2.0
I’m starting to post by little the photos of my installation and as far as possible (availability of spare time) I shall describe the process and answer question (if someone is interested).

Started with manufacturing of ring 60-2

I decided to manufacture the CKP sensor fastening from stainless steel.

I mounted the igniters BIP 373 on radiator.

Installed ignition coil upon old distributor (spotted this idea somewhere).

Started engine today.
BIPs 373 GET VERY HOT (there are photos above of them mounted on radiator) DOESN’T SHOW THE TEMPERATURE OF COOLANT (GAZ 19.3828 – connected according to the scheme), CLAPS IN DASH POT BY CHOP DECELERATION (operation on gas LPG).
In manager everything is on default, I made changes only regarding the carburetor limit switch. (accumulation time - 10), pulley 60-2, 4 cylinders.

Well today I started to use single-spark ignition coils, connected them in pairs for a while (without Cam sensor), I suppose to modify the distributor tomorrow and to connect the Cam sensor.

I started to modify the distributor for Сam sensor. As have secondhand distributors I decided to intercross two distributors (so that one Hall sensor could operate only for tachometer and second with “upgraded shutter” will be Сam sensor).

After that I cut off the upper part of “old” distributor using the turning machine to use it as a cover of upgraded distributor and as fastening for Сam sensor.
Tomorrow I’ll modify the upper shutter (shall leave one “tooth” – 15mm), carry out wires and solder sockets, after that I will manufacture the cases fastening for each other. Later I shall post the photo of ready-made unit. Only preparative photo for now.
